New module (menu) has been added to VSPortal. It is Contacts menu which role is to provide functionality of extended address book, where endusers can keep details of their contacts. All the records are stored on the server side what enables users to access the data from anywhere.  

Each contact page is divided on four tabs which group various details. They are:

• primary tab with details like phone numbers (with indication which phone number can receive SMS), short notes for brief remarks about contact, email address, names, group’s assignment,
• details tab – address information, also webpage url, timezone,
• instant messenger tab
• custom tab – in this tab you can add own fields and associated values, for example job position, lead’s status etc.
