Vippie SIP client for Blackberry handsets recognized as the Best of Providers Solution at Leading IP communications Conference in Miami.

Miami, FLA – ITEXPO (01/22/10) — Voiceserve today announced that its Vippie SIP client for Blackberry has received a “Best of Show Award” in the providers solutions category at TMC’s ITEXPO East 2010 in Miami. Vippie for Blackberry is a sip software client that enables users to make and receive phone calls over data connection, either WIFI or 3G or EDGE. The softphone can work with voipswitch, the platform developed by Voiceserve, but also with any 3rd party SIP compliant platforms. The software will be offered to VoIP providers. At the moment Voiceserve is the only company that has a sip client for Blackberry phones. The Vippie for Blackberry makes our offering complete as we have already sip clients for all other major mobile operating systems.
