From the Contacts (Address book) menu in VSPortal you can now make calls directly to selected contact’s phone number. The system will launch new popup window with callback component and will start dialling automatically your phone number, defined in My Profile menu, and to the contact’s number. To start enough is to move mouse over the chosen phone number and then click on call icon in the unfolded small popup. Another new feature is conference triggered also directly from a contact’s page. It is offered in the same popup where direct call described above. Just select the icon depicted “conference with” and in the new callback popup window enter the number you want to conference with the contact’s number. Then simply click start to initiate the callback procedure. You can see in real time the call status through its whole duration.
